Gibson Women (2005):  Contemporary ballet ensemble that investigated the works of early 1900’s illustrators, Charles Gibson, James Montgomery Flagg, Harrison Fisher, and Coles Phillips. Music by Claude Bolling. Debuted at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, April 22-24, 2005.

Passing Grip (2004):              Modern dance duet, performed and choreographed with Liz Hallmark, debuted

on May 29-30, 2004 in the Jewish Community Center Performance Stage in Rochester, NY

 

Bought and Sold (2004):   Theatrical modern dance work that used props, text, satire, and slide

technology to investigate the portrayal of women in advertising.  Music by Tin Hat Trio.  Text edited and

arranged by Cadence Whittier.  Debuted on April 24-26, 2004 in the Faculty Dance Concert at Hobart &

William Smith Colleges.

Corporate Culture (2003):  Comedic modern dance work that satirizes the relationships and hierarchies in the corporate world; choreographed for five women, three men, and five ladders.

Antrieb (2001)  Abstract contemporary ballet piece that revolves around themes of tension and release,

floor work and pointe work.  Music by Mark O’Connor. Originally choreographed for five dancers on

pointe, restaged with three off pointe and four on pointe.

Pie in the Sky?(2002):            Modern dance work that represents women workers and organizers in the early

1900’s labor movements, music by Utah Phillips and Ani Difranco.

Choreographed and directed by Jeanne Goddard and Steve Stull, Opera Cowpokes, member of ensemble.  Performed on July 7-9 2002 at the CRS Barn Stage in Ithaca, NY.

 

Roundelay (2002):  Contemporary ballet piece for six dancers, music by Antonio Vivaldi.  Debuted on April 26-28, 2002 in the Faculty Dance Concert at Hobart & William Smith Colleges.

 

Cosmos and Chaos (2001),  Movement Choir that involved a collaborative process between the dancers, the musician, Paul Walters, and myself. Debuted on April 25-27, 2001 in the Faculty Dance Concert at Hobart & William Smith Colleges.                  

           

Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd (2000):  Contemporary ballet for three dancers, music by the

Los Angelos Guitar Quartet. Debuted in the Student Showcase, Marriott Center for Dance, University of

Utah.
