Electronics (logger and sensor) housed inside PVC pipe or Bird House (as shown
in photographs)
Tygon tubing (1/8" ID) connects pressure transducer ports to inside barbs
Tygon tubing or 1" dia. PVC connects pressure port outside barb to fixed
location underwater
Tubing or pipe is attached to fence post to fixed underwater position (see photograph
below)
Atmospheric port kept open to atmosphere
Brass Barbs (one inside and one outside) & 3/4" Brass Nipple provide
the through housing connection
