The Baccalaureate Plan
In the spring of your junior year each student is required
to complete a Baccalaureate Plan. This plan records the progress
you have made toward completing the degree requirements and sets out
a firm plan for how you will complete the remaining requirements in
your final year. The Baccalaureate Plan is comprised of three
parts.
An audit form for your major which lists all completed requirements
and all remaining requirements for your major. These audit forms for each
major are available in the Registrar's Office and on the Web-based Choosing
a Major and/or Minor. (Make sure you obtain the Major Audit form and
not the Declaration of Major form which resembles it closely).
An audit form for your minor which lists all completed requirements
for your minor and all remaining requirements. These are available in
the Registrar's Office and on the Web-based Choosing a Major and/or
Minor.
An goals audit form which lists all certified goals and sets
out a plan for completing any other goals. You can find this form at Baccalaureate
Plan Form.
If you have more than one major or minor you will need to fill out audit
forms for each of these programs as well. |
