Soprano Jennifer Sisbarro received a B.A. in vocal performance (summa cum laude) from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Music (magna cum laude) in vocal performance from Ithaca College. She has toured internationally with the Geneseo Chamber Singers and performed with the Geneseo Carol Choristers and Cayuga Vocal Ensemble.
As a choral singer she has been a featured soloist in many choral pieces, including major works such as Mozart's Requiem, Handel's Messiah, and Schubert's Mass in G. An active vocalist in the Finger Lakes area, Sisbarro has a diverse background in classical, jazz, musical theater, bluegrass, and popular music.
In addition to classical studies with Pamela Kurau and Patrice Pastore, she has studied vocal jazz with Laurie Robinson Keegan. Sisbarro divides her teaching time between HWS, the Hochstein School of Music in Canandaigua, and St. Peter's Community Arts Academy in Geneva.
She resides in Naples, New York.
