The Hobart and William Smith Colleges Woodwind Ensemble is a student chamber group providing a performance opportunity for talented flutists, oboists, clarinetists, bassoonists, and saxophonists, as well as French horn and string players. Qualified HWS faculty and local high school students are welcome as well. 

The group performs arrangements by composers of past centuries, as well as by contemporary composers. The Woodwind Ensemble performs several concerts throughout the year.

Rehearsals are from 4:30 to 5:30 on Wednesdays or Thursdays, depending on the semester.
